Behind our cuisine is Chef Harol Ortiz, born in Caracas, Venezuela, with more than 20 years of experience in the international culinary scene.
- Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary Arts.
- Professional background in luxury hotels such as The Setai Miami Beach, InterContinental Hotels, and Hotel Colonnade Gables.
- Awarded two Inn Key Awards for Best Chef.
- Served as Executive Chef at the InterContinental Houston Medical Center (TX).
- Try out to represent Culinary Team USA at the 2028 IKA Culinary Olympics.
With classical French training and a passion for innovative culinary arts, Chef Ortiz creates dishes that deliver memorable gastronomic experiences for every event in Texas.
